Asphalt Sealers:
MAC-52: Our flagship sealer, A professional-grade refined tar emulsion ideal for parking lots and low-traffic streets asphalt surfaces. MAC 52 protects against UV rays, water, oxidation, and fuel damage, extending pavement life while improving appearance.
Pro-Blend: A premium hot-blend refined tar emulsion enhanced with rubber and specialty polymers of [Macro-Flex]. Designed for maximum toughness, flexibility, and resistance to fuel, chemicals, and deicing salts.
Triton: our newest product, A high-performing polymer-modified specialty resin emulsion sealcoat ideal for all asphalt surfaces. Triton provides durability, chemical resistance, and flexibility without the burn.
Micro-Pave: A polymer-modified asphalt emulsion sealcoat offering high-performance protection against moisture, oxidation, and weathering. This sealer is low VOC and nearly odorless.
Asphalt Sealer Additives:
MACRO-FLEX: Thickens the sealer, allowing for increased dilution. It adds flexibility and toughness while improving color retention. This additive will improve fuel and chemical resistance to the finished surface and is featured in our [Pro-Blend].
MAX-DRI: A triple-action acrylic additive that speeds drying, boosts performance, and enhances viscosity for both asphalt emulsion and refined tar sealcoatings.
Low Temperature Cure Additive (LTCA): Provides a better film formation and improved color at lower ground temperatures. It should only be used in the early spring and late fall.
MACRO-FAST: A latex-based additive that accelerates dry times by up to 50% without altering viscosity, making it ideal for cooler or high-humidity conditions and time-sensitive sealcoating projects.
ADVANTAGE 4: A high-potency, acrylic-based additive that accelerates drying, boosts performance, enhances color, and increases viscosity for both refined tar and asphalt emulsion sealcoatings.
